Alternatively “Cheefn” - the arrogant act of telling someone else what to do just because you are older than they are (much like a Chief in a tribe).

Darnell: My older brother told me not to bother trying out for JV basketball cause I’ll just get cut like he did.
Treyvon: Man, don’t listen to him, he just chief’in you cause he in college now and think he know better...but he don’t!
