Pointy Stewart 

To twist the fabric of a shirt directly over a persons nipple without actually twisting their nipple.

Grasp the fabric located superior to a persons nipple and with a pulling motion twist the fabric causing the fabric to point outward. Thus, a Pointy Stewart has been created.
