In raving or glowsticking, it is the act of "tracing" your body in different ways, stomach tracing is the act of tracing your stomach. There are all different ways such as tracing legs, arms, or head.

Your mind basically pictured as a field, when people enter the mindfield, you have the upper hand, basically whooping your opponent to shreds while you get to watch.
