Horrendous insult. Someone who is beyond stupid but has a fetish for loaves of bread. Can't think of anything other than bread.

Person 1: Excuse me Carl, can you answer 2 x 2 for class?

Person 2: 2 multiplied by 2 is 16 loaves of bread ma'am.

Person 3: This lober can't be serious...
