A delusional yet highly motivational state of mind where one sees themselves as a giga-chad, hyper-disciplined, unstoppable version of who they really are—usually triggered after 3 push-ups, one motivational video, or flexing in front of the bathroom mirror.
Bro was brushing his teeth and caught a glimpse of himself in the mirror—next thing I know, he’s got full-blown Saposyndrome and started meal-prepping beans at 3 a.m.
