Community-Accquired Snark and Bitchiness, commonly contracted from spending long periods of time on snark communities and gossip sites like ONTD, Go Fug Yourself, TMZ, Perez Hilton, etc.

"You really need to stop going to ONTD, man. That place is giving you a terminal case of C.A.B.S."
