Mitchley's definitions
To pick up weight in your university years. The weight is generally referred to as first year spread, and the word rama refers to a brand of margarine bread spread.
TK: Have you seen the first years? They are so skinny!
Jay: Yeah they need to "rama up" they are making us look bad!
