Two possible meanings for bases in the context of doing the rude:
1st base = kissing
2nd base = touching over clothes
3rd base = everything but full sex
4th base = full sex
home run = sex on the first night
OR
as above but home run = anal sex

"Last night I hit all the bases and a home run and now I can't walk"
