A manipulative man who likes to control everyone he meets by being nice and funny. A Carlos thinks he is the smartest person and knows it all. He is envious if some have more things then him and he also is a Dick and an asshole with the people he cares. Carlos is a very evil person that does not have his own personality. Don’t ever trust a Carlos they are liars and players.
