Smedium 

Small Medium; usally worn by hipsters & emo kids who's parents didn't hug them enough growing up.

1.)- Look at that guy wearing skinny jeans and a smedium purple v-neck.
- I bet he is on his way to see Twilight.
2.)- Is that guy wearing a smedium sweater vest?
- BRB I'm going to ask him if it comes in hetero.
- Be careful, you might get blood on your shoes after he slits his wrist.
