A tawdry appearing tatoo located near the female breast.Often those who have a "tit tat" wear revealing sleazy tops in order to expose the ink "sculpture."

After the biker chick entered the store, she complained vociferously that there wasn't a decent top for her to strategically show her "tit tat."
