Measure Me Softly 

A game school kids play involving a ruler measuring their flaccid penises. Whoever has the smallest flaccid penis gets a grade A ass whupping and is humiliated.

Boy scout leader: "Which of you kids wants to play measure me softly?"
Little Boys: "Me! Me!"
