A Melvin is when an adolescent Barfs, Pee's, Shits, And jizz's into a plastic bag, then places it into a brown paper bag and lights it on fire after placing it onto a rivals front porch. After so, Rings the doorbell and runs.

I hella lit a melvin on that dicks porch last night with a couple of buds.
