When one just did something that normally you would regret doing but one does not regret. Going beyond crazy and even past insane.
Person 1: Do you regret doing that?
Person 2: No I do not regret killing someones family and then grinding the dead bodies up into a drink and forcing the person I hate to drink it and whipping their balls for every second it takes them to drink it.
