the ultimate insult a girl can say to a guy. Has nothing to do with babys really, It is just like saying "screw off" or "go away," because usually when a girl tells a guy she is keeping his baby, he disappears forever.

Boy: "Bla bla bla" (being a typical ass)
Girl: "Fuck you, I ain't want nothing more to do with you punk, I'm keeping da baby."
