Bailable 

An event that can be cancelled last minute and deemed socially or professionally acceptable.

e.g. Dinner plans with a good friend

“Hey can you please write in my calendar that event I'm going to is bailable”

“Ugh I had such a crappy day at the office. Thank god Patrick and I have bailable plans."

"My Saturday plans with Chris are bailable, so keep me posted about your party ."
