suttox 

A person who has few friends and smells, for example, of ass. It is a shortening of the phrase "smells of buttocks" (buttox).
It also has an obscure link to the pastime of trampolining, where people of the suttox variety make complete fools of themselves.

Josh, you're now going to be called suttox because you smell terribly of buttox.
