It's an idiotic phrase used by some Lunatic people. It has no meaning whatsoever. But still some people use this "Sayo" phrase in almost all of their sentences which makes no Sense at all.

Yemsayo, That baseball bat is mine.

Chapsayo, Just Shut up for now.
