A man who will treat you like a princess until he decides one day to break your heart into a million pieces. This will be sudden and harsh-- without warning. Can be used in any context talking about a bad relationship

That boy is such a Roe, why did I ever like him?
He's such a Roe, did you hear he broke up with her on her birthday?!
