An individual who has an over inflated sense of self worth, compounded by a low level of intelligence, behaving ridiculously in front of colleagues with no sense of how moronic he appears.

Geoff, the Junior Project Manager in Training, had no clue that the rest of his coworkers thought he was a useless, bumbling, underperforming douche bag as evidenced by his pathetic swagger and his wannabe hipster facade.
