Hot Potato is when you have a threesome with 2 guys and 1 girl and the first guy goes down on her and licks up the Clitty Litter (aka the dried up toilet paper) and spits it back down the coochie instead of off to the side. Then the next guy does the same when it's his turn and it just repeats like a game of hot potato.
