The sound made when someone moves thier big toe back and forth rapidly against thier second toe. Also- the act of moving the big toe back and forth rapidly against the second toe.
To twibbit. Twibbiting. Patti was so excited at getting tickets to Phil Lesh and Friends, she couldn't stop twibbiting her toes in her sandals.
