Popular danc expression which means "I just won the dance off".
Or something like that.

It works like this:
Dancer: *dances at a random person*
Person: *dances back*
***this means "its on now" ****
**the two proceed in a dance off**
Dancer: *loses the dance off*
Person: "You got served"
