Unsuspecting uncontrollable violent pelvic thrusts brought on by an unknown chemical reaction. One specific known strain is Gyrationatosis: 111, gyrating malfunction triggered by a weird genetic combination present in some 20th century humans.

Either that guy suffers from Gyrationatosis or he wants to pork.
