A useful euphemism for male masturbation. The female equivalent is Gabby.

"I can't talk right now, I've got my mate Gary here."

"You seem uptight. When did you last see Gary?"

"I knocked on her door but there was no answer - I could just hear this buzzing noise. I think she was with Gabby."
