A person who participates in sketchy entertaining activities they only get away with because of their secluded rural location. Includes but is not limited to target practice with unlicensed firearms, surfing on pallets getting pulled behind ATVs and pretty much anything to do with weed.

Did you hear the neighbors getting up to some Woodrat shit last Saturday night? No way those guns are legal.
