Malcon: Dominican version of Malcolm. This name was invented by my
mother Elsa Expósito who named me after Malcolm X after
reading his autobiography. She replaced “lm” with “n” so Dominicans could easily pronounce it. I still get called everything but Malcon and that’s
okay.
