When it comes to work, he will be great at what he does but his quality ends up getting him in trouble, often times terminated. Don't confuse a Marcel to be intimidating, he is usually as soft as a pillow and most times sounds like a kitten begging for milk. Marcel will snitch on you in a heartbeat to save what little chin hairs are left.
