Traffic police. Particularly motorcycle cops see: white-elephant. Thus named because they appear out of nowhere and mess up your shit.

I just busted a platinum highchair down the highway, and now I've got road lint on my arse.

White-Elephant 

Motorcycle cops. (Australian) Named for the combination of overweight, white bikes and riders. And at some point, nearly everybody has thought about shooting one.

Hah hah, look at the white elephant, he's too fat to split lanes.
