1. A person who gets high off the drugs he/she is supposed to sell.

2. A person who pretends to be a drug dealer but is really a drug user who sells some on the side to maintain the habit.

3. A person who gets high off his own supply

Combination of the words custy & hustler .. Custy + hustler = custler .

Custy means crack head or coke head. Comes from the word customer.
