This is a combination of a Cleveland Steamer and a Motorboat. It is when a man (or woman) excretes feces on a woman's breasts and then Motorboats her.

Man 1: Dude my friend Steamboated his lady last night.

Man 2: NO WAY! That is the Grossest thing I've heard of!!
