It is the so called "BLESS YOU" for coughing. If someone coughs instead of saying BLESS YOU like you would if they sneezed you say ROBOTUSSIN!!!!

"sean:COUGH COUGH"
"inderjeet: ROBOTUSSIN MANN!!!"

instead of....
"charan: ACHOOO!"
"navinder: BLESS YOU"
