Titterbox

An unnecessary action of extreme boredom; often referred to as "playing titterbox", as if it were a sport, or game.

Titterbox is also the act of using your time unwisely, or to pass the time by doing nothing; fooling around.

Mr. Silva exclaims that we, "sit around and play titterbox in the back of the classroom."
