1. A non-USPS employee on the verge of a mental break do in part to job stress, causing fellow employees to flinch or take cover with any loud noise. Referring to placing a high powered rifle on a bi-pod for better accuracy.

2. A superior capable of causing on to become a bi-podder.
Did Joe ever work for the Postal Service? He acts like a real bi-podder.
