Dave the Laugh is a character in Georgia Nicolson books who thinks he and Georgia are meant to be. He is a good kisser and does lip nibbling. He has dated Ellen, Georgia, Rachel and other girls.

Dave the Laugh kissed Ellen on the cheek.
