Wonim red?

Basically refering to the recreational use of a tramadol (250 and 225), aka Red (because of its colour). Used when someone's acting silly, low-key tweaking, or just being plain stupid.
Kind of like, "are you okay?" Or "don't be stupid" (jovial)
