Someone who is not only mean, but also a maniac. Someone who acts totally crazy while being their everyday mean self. Usually accompanied by their crazy laughter that is so annoying.

Breezy was a total meaniac when I took her Chuck T's away.

"Don't flick boogers at me you meaniac!"
