The act of contracting the virus AIDS from having sexual relations with someone who is currently abusing the drug known as cocaine.

1st person-"I cant believe you had sex with him,didnt you know he got with that coke head amanda?"
2nd person- "Shit i hope i didnt get them coke aids"
