German brake

Stepping on the brake and the gas at the same time, often causing the rear of the car to swerve, and usually generating a spray of dust and debris.

This can be done to show off; or it can be used as a form of road rage if done while someone is tailgating.
"While coming home from work, some knuckle head pulled a German brake on me. Don't know what his problem was. Not like I was tailgating him or anything."
