A person who is a mixture of being picky and being a whinger who does this introvertedly. A not in your face whinger.
Joe always pinces about Dave, especially after meetings as he is always too afraid to tell it to his face. Cindy is always sick of the pincing. She thinks Joe is too pincy but is not a pincer herself.
