Boeuffront 

When a woman is sitting in water and farts, and it travels up the front crevasse before surfacing as bubbles in front of her.

Sally and Jane were lounging on the rocks, shotgunning beers in the lake, and Sally cut a Boeuffront that was so gnarly, the bubbles almost knocked Jane (who, unfortunately, was right in front of Sally) off her rock.
