Krazy is usually used to describe a asshole with no life whatsoever outside of social media, these 'Krazy' people usually use autism or injuries as a way to gain attention. They are the worse friends you'll ever meet and will probably back stab or insult you the first chance they get.

"Dude that guy just used autism as a excuse! He's such a Krazy."
