When two or more people named Vincent engage in either sexual activity or a romantic relationship.

Person A: "Did you hear about Vincent's new relationship?"
Person B: "Yeah I heard his new boyfriend is also named Vincent."
Person A: "Ooh damn, now that is some straight up Vincest."
