Dodging

When you are not interested in someone and dont answer their calls or texts.

Damon: Who you Dodging?
Jeremy: This girl Ana. she could be ,uh, persistent.
Damon: Is she hot?
Jeremy: Yeah, Yeah, but she can be wierd.
Damon: Hot trumps wierd, Trust me.

This example is in The Vampire Diaries Season 1 Episode 13 "Children of the Damned".
