Nigga Claws 

When a preferably Black or Mixed individual refuses to cut their fingernails or toenails. And when they are all gnarled and and grown out they are usually referred to as "Nigga Claws."

Guy 1: "Man did you see that ladies toenails?"

Guy 2: "Yeah, She really had some Nigga Claws!"
