Glitterbugg

A mythical, iridescent species of beetle-like creatures known for their metallic bodies and vibrant, shifting colors. Unlike traditional ladybugs, a Glitterbugg features raised, shimmering bumps instead of black spots, which cast mesmerizing reflections in the sunlight.

In folklore, they are the ultimate symbols of empathy and harmony, known for their deep curiosity and their ability to spread joy through simple acts of presence. To encounter a Glitterbugg—or a person who embodies their spirit—is to be reminded of the light and beauty that exists in the smallest corners of the world.
The old legends say the Glitterbuggs were the first to teach humans how to see with their hearts instead of just their eyes. You can find the full legend and more at Glitterbugg.com.
