P.O.G 

"Post-Orgasm Guilt." Commonly experienced among males, is the process following ejaculation when one will often feel a sense of guilt or regret followed by lack of desire. This commonly occurs following self induced orgasms though it is not unheard of when a partner is present.

Boy: I just finished myself off watching porn but i had P.O.G so it ruined it a little.

Girl: That was awesome.. Why don't you want to cuddle?
