The feeling when you get just the right amount of sleep, and you wake up feeling refreshed. You stretch, and rub the sleep out of your eyes. You walk downstairs in a trance because you just woke up, and you see the sunlight shining through the windows of your house. The sky is blue, the grass has dew drops on it from the rain that came over night. You step into the kitchen, and find your dog sleeping in her bed. She looks up and sees you, excitedly coming over to say good morning. You walk over to the coffee pot and pour yourself some coffee into your favorite mug, and sit down on the couch with the current book that you're reading. No one is home to disturb you, and you have the whole morning free to do whatever you like. The busyness of the day will not come until later, so you enjoy the relaxing time that you have now.
Sitting on the sofa, a feeling of calminity washes over her.
