faux dive

A bar which looks like a dive but is acutally a trendy spot. A common hangout for hipsters. Word originates from the television show "The Simpsons"

Yuppie: "Hey, this isn't faux dive. This is a dive,"
Moe: "You're a long way from home, yuppie-boy. I'll start a tab."
