A term used for a bisexual man and a bisexual woman in a relationship with each other. Often gesbian couples are in cognito as straight couples and therefore their kind is not widely acknowledged.
"Oh hey, there's Mark and Gina. I thought they were both gay, but they're obviously dating each other. They must be a gesbian couple."
